Return Eligibility:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items:

• Opened or used skincare products due to hygiene and safety reasons

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@cunninghamclinic.com, or at 720-650-4660 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds. We reserve the right to change our return policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items). For these cases, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
