Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition to qualify for a return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns. Shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns to ensure safe delivery.
