At DermReady, operated by Cunningham Clinic, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and exceptional service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products.

  • Items purchased through unauthorized retailers.

  • Clearance or final sale items.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us at info@DermReady.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@DermReady.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
