Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery times to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO locations may vary.
International Shipping: Not available at this time.
Damages & Lost Packages
DermReady is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:
Save all packaging materials and damaged items.
