Thank you for shopping with DermReady. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours.


Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

  • Delivery times to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO locations may vary.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time.


Damages & Lost Packages

DermReady is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Save all packaging materials and damaged items.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
